I love my eye doctor and he is really smart and has me schedule my appointments for the next year while I'm there, then reminds me like a month in advance. Otherwise too easy to forget!
But I had Lasik, and where I went as long as I go for a follow up appt once a year I have a lifetime guarantee, so that's a good incentive too.

Good luck! I need to schedule mine soon. I've had retinal tears in both eyes over the course of a couple of years. I'm afraid and nervous about going in. It's been well over 18 months since I last went. I also need a new pair of glasses too.

i hate eye exams..they make me so squeamish!
