DH is having his friends over next month for poker and we will be serving Korean food. One of his friends has a gluten and egg allergy and I want to make sure he can eat something. We plan to make kalbi (with store bought jar marinade) and jap chae. Will those be ok or should I make him something else? Can you name some Korean food that are gluten free?
