Anyone use this? I applied a few months ago and just got around to adding the ads. I feel a little weird about it, but I wouldn't mind making some money. Any idea how much traffic you need? I found one blog posts that made some guesstimates. I'm really curious to see how it goes.
Does anyone use it? Any positives or drawbacks? I already blocked all of the weight loss/cosmetic surgery type ads.

@Mrs Green Grass: I do but I need to change my ads to be more mobile friendly. I've had it up since January and am just about to 55k views since then and have about $75.

My husband uses it but unfortunately I don't know the details. It gets some nice extra money though, he has used it for a couple years on his site (his traffic is between 1 million & 6 million views per month, it varies)

@Mrs Green Grass: Yikes, I just re-read my reply. I didn't mean for it to sound as snarky and rude as it came out! I always just assumed ads made more $$ than that. My apologies!

When I blogged, I got an average of 75k-100k visits a month and generated under $20 a month with AdSense. I'd earn several hundred a month between other ad networks and affiliate links, so AdSense was totally not worth the sidebar real estate in my opinion.
The amount of money earned depends on your blog traffic. I suggest running the ads for a few months, seeing how much you earn, and deciding if it's worth it.

I've had them on my blog for 2 or 3 years or so, and have yet to make enough for them to send me anything. (They won't send you money for anything less than $100.) But I only average around 1.5k, so I guess it all kind of depends.
