It is nice to get some peace and quiet! We see my mom a lot. She's very helpful so I hate to complain.... but I miss my LO when she takes her so much! I'm always right there with them (other then when they go for walks), but my mom always insists on holding her and I figure I get her all the time so I should share. This week I'm only sharing when I have a migraine though, if I'm ok to watch LO she's all mine because my mom will get her after I have my surgery.

@artbee: We went out and my mom wanted to hold my LO. Shiz. Fine with me! I warned my mom that her arms would hurt tomorrow though.. DD is heavy! I think she's pushing 23 lbs.

Oh that's so awesome!! Must feel nice to be able to have a little bit of you time while the grandparents are there.

@mediagirl: It's SO wonderful. My mom's the only other person I trust completely with LO. So it's REALLY nice..

@chopsuey119: So sweet! It's different though when you're always out with your mom. Then she always gets her and I want to have her too! It's nice when we're going to eat though, she always lets me eat first

i wish i were closer to my grandparents. actually hated my grandma growing up. she was my only living grandparent.

@chopsuey119: I'm so bummed that we don't have family close by. It would be so nice to be closer, but my husband and I have zero desire to live where our parents live lol

@tequiero21: I wish I was closer to my grandparents as well. I never met my grandfathers. I have one living grandmother! She's 93 this year. Over the years we've grown closer.. I gave her her first great grand child!
