A friend started a group on FB that I joined.

I don't need to lose lbs but I would like to lose a few inches and I feel like I am bloated all the time!

I started Monday and its HARD for me to do - I didn't realize how many things have carbs.

I also really miss big bowls of fruit and oatmeal.

I am working out and it was ok until yesterday - I barely had any energy - today I had 1/2 a banana and hoping that helps with energy for my workout.

I am only doing this for 2 weeks then I go on vacation and well... all bets are off - haha

What has been your experience with it?

Note: Its been 3 full days and I will say my stomach was much flatter at bedtime last night - usually by the end of the day its bloated - so that's a plus!
