I need to do something to lose the baby weight, but it is near impossible to diet with a husband, toddler, infant and in-law to prepare meals for. I heard someone talking about it, it sounded like five days every month or so of a lower calorie plant based diet. Any nutritionists here? Five days a month sounds more doable to me than preparing separate healthy meals for myself.
