I'm always so amazed when I see kids asleep in high chairs.

Never during meal time. But she has fallen asleep in the car eating a snack- like I've come around to get her and her little hand is in the snack catcher, with Cheerios still in her fist. It's pretty adorable (except that I give her the snack to try and keep her awake in the car!)

Yup. Both of them have.
It usually corresponds to a skipped nap or after an exhausting event. L did it a lot when she was moving from two naps to one. Keeping her awake through lunch was tough. -
Nope. DS hasn't just fallen asleep anywhere except on the for on the go (car seat, carrier, or stroller) since he has a newborn.

T did one time! We were at the Austin City Limits festival and camping....and he was up late a lot and just exhausted! He fell asleep at lunch eating a hot dog before his nap. He was 17 months!

Yes DS1 did a little older than 2. He didn't have a nap and we went to a pumpkin carving party at our neighbors and they gave him a cupcake to take home for after dinner. He fell asleep with the cupcake in his hands and would wake up every time we tried to take it away. It was hilarious. We have a video on DHs phone.

I couldn't imagine how anyone could fall asleep at the dinner table before, but DS has done it a few times if he's tired. That's the closest he comes to napping at home...

I always thought this was crazy but LO did this just a few weeks ago. He kept waking at 5am asking to go outside to play. Sorry, no! He fell asleep at breakfast after one of these early wake ups.
