I was supposed to get them each tri. In the beginning of second tri my levels changed and I switched from 175mg to 200mg

@MrsH: Here are my actual levels since right before BFP up until last week. I get them checked every month since BFP (My PCP did my thyroid panel in Feb and only checked Total T3/T4, which is why Free T4 is not included in that date. My endo always does the full panel, but doesn't always check Free T3 in addition to TSH and Free T4).

I was on 75mcg levothyroxine before BFP. On 3/26 she changed my dose slightly to 75mcg Mon-Thurs and 112.5 mcg Fri-Sun. On 5/26 they changed my dose again from the 112.5 mcg Fri-Sun to 150mcg Fri-Sun and the rest of the week remained at 75mcg. I've been feeling sluggish lately so I thought for sure they would alter my dose again, but said my levels looked fine last week. It seems to be around the start of each tri that mine have been increasing, so we will see what August brings. Hope that helps.

(I couldn't format my results correctly. The first number by each date is Free T4, the second is TSH, except 2/14 which is only TSH. The top values are my labs reference range).

ETA: These are the ranges listed online for TSH per trimester, however my endo wanted/wants my optimum to be around 1.0 prior to and throughout pregnancy.
