Hi ladies! So someone suggested to me to do a "detox" while I'm starting with my new healthy ways. I was in the best shape of my life before I got pregnant and now I feel like I'm back where I was before I started working out.

Has anyone done a detox? If you have what did you do? Would you suggest it? Skipping food for a day for me is N O T an option, this homegirl has to eat!
