I haven't and wanted to for a long time! One of my coworkers just did one and was telling me about it, so we just signed up for one later this summer and I'm super excited.

I haven't but my sister and brother did a 5k mud run last year and they LOVED it! I personally just like running straight through.

@Running Elley: I like the look of this one because it looks like no pressure. Not too hard and fun! a tough mudder looks a little too brutal for my liking. But I wouldn't be opposed to a different 10k type race once my fitness abilities are to that level.

@Mrs. Pen: That's how the one that they did was....they had to climb over something, go through tires, crawl through mud under mesh, etc. It wasn't super intense and they just had a blast!

I did a Tough Mudder right before TTC LO. It was on my unwritten belly bucket list. It was a lot of fun.

I've done a few, and they are a blast! My only advice - duct tape your shoes on if you're going to go through a mud pit. They can get sucked right off your feet
