I never did growing up but we just put together a gingerbread train with DD this past weekend (she loves trains). It was fun!

I've done the premade ones that you assemble and decorate, plus in elementary school we made one with graham crackers and frosting on mini-milk cartons.

I never did as a child but as a nanny I made a few. It was pretty fun.

We did one this weekend with DD, and we also did a tree. We were surprised at how long it occupied her and how careful she was.. It was fun!

My sister and I use to go all out on gingerbread houses. I'm an architect and she is a chef so we'd try to outdo the last years house every Christmas. The last one we did was a scale replica of my grandmothers house.

My best friend and I do the lazy version of this every year (using graham crackers instead of actual gingerbread)
