@Bookish: The best part about the new meals is that if you make extra, you have lunch the next day and no more lean cuisines!

My frequent go to is Skinny Taste for easy, healthy, tasty recipes. Have you ever checked out her site?

I eat a lot of steamed veggies and baked meats. Very boring. But I'll marinate as much as I can. And grill in bulk so it tastes better.

One thing I like to make is turkey burger patties. A pound gives me four patties! I'll also roast up veggies on Sunday
    and eat them all week

I really like these stuffed peppers from Biggest Loser. Yummy for lunch the next day too.

I've been cooking a lot of spaghetti squash lately to replace noodles and cut out some carbs. I roast the squash at 375 for 1 hour (depending on the size) but you can also cook it in the microwave to save time. I think it's super yummy and has a slightly sweet flavor to it. We eat it spaghetti sauce and I've also used it in lasanga to replace the noodles.

Another new favorite is zucchini boats. I brown some ground turkey, onion, mushrooms, garlic and then add a can of chopped tomatoes, black beans and pinto beans. Cut the zucchini in half length wise and scoop out the middle so you have room for the sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes and sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top at the end

@grizz: She seems to be adding more and more variety, so I love that she feels like she's trying to make sure she has something for everyone. I can honestly say that I've never made one bad recipe from her.

@Boogs: Me either! They are always a win, no matter what they are. I've noticed she is branching out.
@Bookish: Oh man, they are GOOD. I'm on Weight Watchers, and she has the points calculation on each recipe, so her recipes are a double win at our house!
