I would do black leggings, black tights, or gray leggings with the teal. I would do gray leggings or white tights with the lavender.

I would treat them like tops, not dresses, and put leggings, pants or jeans over the onesie part. No tights since the flowy parts don't seem long enough.

Oh the 5eal would be sooo cute with jeggings (maybe just wear the bigger size and roll up for a skinny cuffed look!) I think heather grey looks good with both.
red would be a fun mismatched look w/the teal. Black leggings and white tights also work for the lavender!
