I would vote a gift card from a food delivery service like grubhub. Or a little basket with a water bottle and some snacks/lactation cookies (if you know she plans to breastfeed). With twins, I imagine that she'll be feeding babies around the clock and anything that makes it easier to feed herself seems helpful.

I feel like bath products postpartum are tricky, but my LO was probably uncommon in having super-horrible eczema that was made even worse if I used anything but cerave.... Sure most babies aren't so sensitive to what their moms are using...
