I just read on the foods to avoid during pregnancy checklist on this site that herbal teas are bad for you? Can anyone elaborate? I actually drink this Mommy-To-Be Tea from Yogi and it lists a bunch of ingredients that some websites are saying is not good for you (anise, raspberry leaf, nettle, etc.)? What's the truth?

I am a huge tea fan and have been drinking a moderate amount of tea daily. My OB never mentioned herbal tea as being harmful.
