No we have always had 2-3 in mind, fairly close in age. I think it makes it more realistic after seeing so many in the community with the same ideas!

Yes, which is a very good thing. I've been *completely* uninterested in children for my entire life, and that's still pretty much true. Reading Hellobee has helped me start to think about having a child as a realistic thing I might actually do in the coming few years. I am now able to contemplate the idea without having an immediate panic attack. Definitely valuable, since I made the decision (for a variety of reasons) to commit to my husband before we got married that I'd be open to having biological children. He is raring to go!

I have four and that's where we stop. All I can say is be careful what you wish for twins can really kick your behind as a parent. But I must say they are rewarding as well. And as for identical twins they can look different especially with people they are around a lot. My twins are identical ( no twins in our families by the way) and they look different to me. Other people say they look a like but not to me.
