I busted out my old yoga ball from the garage tonight to try and find some pregnancy pain relief. It seems kind of small, maybe 1 1/2' - 2' ft? Is that too small? How big was your birthing/yoga ball?

I think mine is 65cm?

Our hospital provided them but it was pretty big. My legs were almost at a 90degree angle when sitting on it.

Mine is 55cm, which was recommended for short ppl like me (I'm 5' tall). 65cm is the average

Thanks ladies! @Thehistoryofus: That description helps a lot! Yup, mine is waaay too small. I tried sitting on it and I was lower than our coffee table.

When I sit on ours I'm almost at 90 degrees too. I loved it toward the end of pregnancy but I've used it more than ever now that LO is here. If nothing else can calm him down lightly bouncing on the ball with him in my arms makes everything right in the world lol
