Baby is head down, with his head in the lower left quadrant. So how is it that he can poke out of the upper left, upper right, and lower right all in one session? What is this kid, an octopus?

I seriously almost asked the doctor this very question today but then I chickened out. She kicks/punches/headbutts that exact same way and I am fascinated!

@JerricaBenton: I wish you had! I didn't even think to. I mean, I know he's fine, he only has 4 limbs -- we've had ultrasounds! lol... he's just very, uh, squirmy.

@ladyfingers: I am cracking up because I said the same thing to my husband - that if we hadn't had ultrasounds I would be concerned there were extra parts or 2 babies in there! I was walking around Target yesterday and she almost knocked me out!

Yup. My LO is head down, and her spine is pressed against my left side. At the same time, she kicks my upper right side and in the middle. Also, during the U/S today, she had her head turned down as though looking staring at my hip joint.

My husband said this on the regular while I was pregnant... Baby boy is just as strong and wiggly on the outside!
