I think I'm a good employee but I could definitely improve on:

Microsoft Excel- so slow at it!

Training new employees- I know I'm impatient...

Recognition- I am quick to address things that are done incorrectly but I rarely recognize good work!

Procrastination- enough said

Communication- I get involved in long email threads that could easily be resolved by a quick meeting or call!

I'm sure there are a lot more things I can add later...
