For me it's more about wind than cold...if it's windy and really cold, I probably wouldn't go out. But if it's just cold I would--I bundle LO up pretty well, and with no cold breeze, he's perfectly fine.

I wouldn't take her out if it was below zero. But I live in Nashville so that's easy for me to say because it's almost never that cold here. If I was somewhere that it was freezing constantly I would have to get out of the house eventually.

@travelgirl1: We're just East of Tdot and not out today. We were out yesterday and every day before that. I figure under the cold weather alert, esp with windchill we'll stay in, even though I know I could bundle her in well enough and only go out for a shorter walk!

Agree on not liking when people say that, after I snow suit baby and bundle her in blankets, weather shield over top, I know she's plenty cozy! We're not weather wimps, lol.

Today it is -3 with a windchill of -20. We will not be leaving the house!

I might not take my girl for a long walk in the extreme cold, but I certainly wouldn't sit around the house if it were safe to drive. Last week we went out to dinner and walked around outside for a while and it was below freezing, a bit. We're not in Siberia, here, and we've got lots of warm clothing.
