@LCTBQE: if you use that link above and click last month there are 237 or something people that did at least 1 thing in the last month ... but many fewer who are on significantly. It’s interesting to see the pattern.

@bhbee: I never noticed that about the leader board! I don't think it includes users who have shut down their accounts. I guess I am the leader this week...so many intermittent fasting questions.

I think a lot of the original active posters are no longer in the baby phase as some of their kids would be quite grown up now!

@Kemma: yea good point, I could see how when my youngest gets to be an older toddler that everything baby just isn't relevant. But I get the best life tips here

Clearly I lurk a lot, but I’ve been around since 2012 I think, when getting ready to TTC. I found HB via WB - used that a ton for my 2009 wedding. I still love HB and so value all of the advice I’ve read on here.

I never had an account on weddingbee but that's where I heard about hellobee as well. Then lurked on here for a long time before I finally decided to sign up. Glad I did

I've been lurking and occasionally posting since 2012 when I had my first baby. Googling something led me here, I don't remember what it was. The boards keep me around, and the occasional blog posts.

I also found it through Weddingbee.
I really, really miss the higher volume of blog and board posts from a few years back. For what it's worth, I can see how many views my blog posts receive. Last Wednesday, I posted about my daughter's eye muscle surgery and I can see that it has received 855 views over that time period. Looking back, my recent posts get around 1,000 views so maybe there are more readers around here than we realize?
My wish is that they would recruit more bloggers and get more voices and perspectives. I love reading about different parenting styles and challenges and I definitely agree that I love the supportive vibe here.

I knew about HB through Wedding Bee, but I didn't join until I was TTC in 2014.
I really miss the sense of community we had back then! Where we had post-a-thons and stuff!

I think I actually found it through a real life friend tweeting about it about 6+ years ago. I joined before we were TTC with my oldest. I do also miss when it was a little bit more bustling, but I also recall the drama and sometimes cattiness that went along with that.
