haha, are you creating these new threads to add to the new awesome board you created??

to answer your question, DH still maintains his hobbies pretty regularly, like he's in a softball league and they have games once a week, or he serves on the production team at our church one sunday a month. two weeks ago he went on an all-day fishing trip with some guys.

as for me, DH tries to encourage me to get out and do more, but it honestly is tough because i'm nursing and prefer to nurse over pump... so if i do go out it's only in 2-3 hour increments. my hobbies can easily be done at home though - reading, blogging, watching scandal on hulu. i'm such a homebody that i don't mind being at home, and i really enjoy the 1-2 hours of downtime i have at the end of the day when the kids are down. i recently made a commitment to actually force myself to go out more by initiating with girlfriends at least once a month. it's crazy that i have to force myself to socialize!

As for me, I just finished sewing a body pillowcase a few minutes ago! First time I sewed in about 6 months. I do have my same hobbies but everything is just less frequent....and I spend more time on internet b/c it is the most convenient hobby. Hobbies are like 10th on our priority list so we rarely get to it. I think I have to force myself to socialize more often as well.

For a long time, I just stopped working on my hobbies. My husband tried to continue to workout/cycle and stuff but he was getting frustrated as well. Scheduling have been much easier now that they're both toddlers. I am working out more regularly. Cooking/baking (for fun) a little more. And I plan on taking tennis lessons this summer.
