I've been going to a boot camp class 3-6 days a week for the last 6 weeks, and following a pretty strict whole foods meal plan. The nutritionist who wrote it for me said I'm definitely getting enough calories considering I'm nursing.

I'm not losing ANYTHING! My body fat percentage and measurements aren't moving either. I'm still stuck at exactly 10 pounds pre-pregnancy weight. What gives? Maybe I'm just stuck here til we wean. Anybody have a plateau buster that worked for them?
