We don't have cable, but we do have an HD antenna that gets network TV, and we have Hulu, Netflix, and iTunes.

The only channel I can just turn on her for her is PBS Kids. She used to watch it while I was getting ready in the mornings and Daniel Tiger would be on so that is where her love for her him started. Sometimes we will catch Curious George, Dinosaur Train, Super Why or Peg + Cat. Other than Daniel Tiger, Super Why is the only show she has gotten really excited about and will ask for, so those two are in our Netflix/Hulu rotation. I try not to turn on the TV for her in the morning anymore so she gets these PBS shows in the afternoons.

Doc McStuffins is another favorite show on Hulu that I essentially picked for her because I thought Doc was a good role model. Then, LO started noticing Sofia the First on her pull-ups... and on stuff in Target... and she saw her in the intro to Doc McStuffins and started asking for her. One episode and she was done. Sofia is her FAVORITE now.

She has a few other shows she likes like Thomas & Friends but we honestly don't watch a big variety because of the no cable thing. Like she has never seen Paw Patrol which apparently is huge!

ETA: I bought a few episodes of Blue's Clues on iTunes for her and she loves it. I am going to get more for our upcoming road trip.
