Or do you put your foot in first, sit, then put the other foot in?
A friend of mine ALWAYS sat first then brought her feet in. Said it was more feminine to get in the car that way.. O.o

That sounds very lady-like of your friend! I'm not that fancy. I sort of climb in foot first. I do try to turn my feet to the side and hop out when I'm wearing a dress though.

The second one. My husband does it weird though. I'm not quite sure how he does it, but it gives the appearance that he is crawling into the car, head first (as opposed to feet first).

The second way for me.

Foot, butt, foot unless I'm wearing a skirt and someone is holding the door for me. Then it's butt, feet. Butt, feet is way more work, though. Getting out is more of a challenge now because putting weight on just one leg hurts. There's a lot of awkward maneuvering now.
