10 months pp. Weighing a little less than my pre-preg weight. But UGH, my stomach!
I don't have hours to spend in a gym, but what can I do? I am comfortable reducing calories finally after 10 months of successful breastfeeding.
Is it hopeless? Am I destined to a mushy belly forever?
