@NovBaby1112: @Smurfette: @Mamaof2: oh duh, I didn't even think about meds! I don't think we have any Motrin but I will try Tylenol if she still has issues tonight!

Motrin. LO is really good about taking medicine. When she wakes up sick or in pain it's almost like the act of taking the meds is as soothing as the meds themselves.

@autumnlove: I would get motrin if you can - Tylenol wont really help with the inflammation like Motrin does - plus Motrin lasts longer!

Yeah, if teething is keeping her up at night that's when I give ibuprofen. Motrin or Advil.

@autumnlove: Do yourself a favor and stop and get Motrin. works 100x better and lasts for 6 hours!

@Smurfette: Ok, thanks! I'm going to Target after work!

I'll second that, for us Tylenol did not help at all but Advil did. And also camilia drops, I gave them right before bedtime but that only worked for low level pain.

I give Motrin before bed if she is drooly/cranky during the day, and if she wakes up, I give her teething tablets and nurse back to sleep. I like motrin better than tylenol for teeth because that is what the dentists always told me to use for teeth-related pain

Teething tablets! Looks like I need to try Motrin next time since Tylenol never worked for us.

teething tablets, nursing, cuddles.
ETA: tylenol if she woke up hysterical and didn't calm down or woke multiple times.

Tylenol and co sleeping. Poor baby, I hope she feels better soon. Teething sucks!

Teething tablets before bed, Motrin if it is bad. Most of the time though he spits Motrin out though, so it has to be real bad for me to even attempt it.
Snuggles and rocking too but that gets tiring fast.

Some pain meds followed up by milk and cuddles. He's not a fan of teethers, and teething tablets don't do much for him if the pain is extreme enough that it's waking him up at night.
