I buy throughout the year so I have quite an accumulation by Christmastime! This year we had some financial hardships though, so I only started a couple months ago. But I'm done, so that's all that matters!

I'm having the same issue. I've been buying things year round and hiding them around the house and now I can't remember everything I bought/where I put them! Going forward I may need to keep track of everything on a spreadsheet or something

Maybe I'm the oddball but I just do it in my head. I've never kept a list or anything.

I just sort through a month or so before birthdays/Christmas. I keep everything in a Rubbermaid in the spare room closet.

I just store all the gifts in the same place it's easy to peak at what we have when its all together.

I keep a note/list on my phone. It lists everyone's name, what I've already purchased, the price and what I also need to get. I hardly do any shopping throughout the year though, but when I do, it goes on the list.

Not quite the same but I keep a tote in my closet with "emergency gifts" so if I have a baby shower or white elephant or birthday party I check there first. For Christmas I keep a list on my phone.

I keep everything in a spare closet and on the back of the door is a list of everything I have - I cross things off as I get rid of them

I usually just hoard things for my own kids. When I duplicate, I just return.
