depends on the context. i can't figure out any 'rules' i have for when i use one vs. the other, but i know i use both.

Depends. When I read the title just now I pronounced it as n-eye-ther. When I say neither and use nor in the same sentence it's usually n-ee-ther.

N-ee-ther, although I wouldn't consider the other to be wrong or be phased by someone using that pronunciation.

Funnily, I do the exact opposite of @mrs. lemon-lime. I say "n-ee-ther one" and "n-eye-ther/nor"

I say n-ee-ther except when I say "n-eye-ther one", and sometimes "me, n-eye-ther " because otherwise the double "ee" sounds in a row sounds whiny.
