I try really hard not to get sucked into arguments on Facebook. I usually click ignore when something obnoxious or offensive pops up. If something is really over the line, like racism or sexism, I will typically unfriend pretty quickly.

A mom from my mom group posted some quote about going to your baby when they cry to teach them that you can be trusted (in the context of anti- CIO). The thing that bugs me is I know that her baby has slept through the night since she was 2 months old. I am talking myself off the ledge of responding by repeating in my head "I am confident in my decisions." I think if I respond, it would be out of defensiveness. And I have nothing to be defensive about.
