    5.5 weeks with #1.

Gosh like 3 days before I tested this last time. I knew I was pregnant before the stick confirmed it. Mostly with my intense sense of smell which led to nausea.

@youboots: Yes. It's bad to hope that. Ha.

@Cherrybee: @banddmommy: I was waiting for FMU (today) ... I tested this morning with a blue dye test, and it was negative. Of course though, I can see where the pos line should be ... maybe a little evap. I still say negative. Didn't realize it was a blue test until I got home. Will buy a FR if AF doesn't arrive by Friday.

It was really early for me - like 3.5 weeks. That's the only reason why I tested.

@littlejoy: hmmm, I've had so many evaps on blue dye. Definitely try FRER. Are you late?

@BandDmommy: I know ... Blue dye tests are the worst, in my experience. I'm 4 days late. Which, if I were pregnant, that line would be dark. I'm actually more concerned with why I'm late + feeling nauseous, since it doesn't appear as though I'm pregnant. Hmmm.

@littlejoy: yes, I would think? The line would be darker if you were late but blue dye tests stink so I would take the results with a grain of salt. I tested at night and got very strong lines. If you are late you don't need fmu.

@littlejoy: I see the line.....!!! I have no idea what an evap looks like though - keep us posted!

For what it's worth, that looks like the first positive I had on a blue dye test, before I knew better than to use them. I was doubtful about how faint it was, went right out and bought a frer, took it right away and got an unmistakable positive.

@Cherrybee: I know ... I see a bit of something too. I really hate blue tests.

My first pregnancy ended in m/c, and my blue dye test looked like this on the same day. Super, super, super faint. I did get a pos with a FR, but then lost the pregnancy soon after. Maybe this is another chemical pregnancy?

I have a double MTHFR mutation, and would freak a little that I wasn't taking folate (as we aren't trying for a baby).

Maybe this test is a dud, and my body is just out of whack.

@littlejoy: I will be thinking of you. I hope you get the outcome you want.

@Cherrybee: Thank you. And, either would be fine ... It's not the plan just yet, but I'm a firm believer in fate.

I am just a worrier by nature, and want to prepare for each pregnancy as much as possible. I had "breastfeeding failure" due to some hormone issues, and I would like to have that under control before number dos arrives!

    @littlejoy: did you retest?

@BandDmommy: I did ... Positive (I'd say rather faint) on a FR. BUT, AF arrived this morning (along with horrible cramping). Just got off the phone with my midwife. She's assuming another chemical pregnancy. I leave for vacation in less than 24 hours, so we're going to let this play out ... Will have hcg tested when I'm back, to determine wth is going on. I also have a list of "things to look out for" in case any issues comes from the mc. BLAH.

@littlejoy: Pic? Is it AF or just spotting? Might be viable. Fingers crossed!!

2 days before I got my bfp, which was only 3 weeks 4 days! Apparently I like to enjoy that super fun aspect of the first trimester right away!
