Going in for anatomy scan at just past 19 wks and I think the NP wants us to sign up for our classes that will be around 25 wks?
If you took classes with your SO or toured the hospital, how far along were you?

Around 32 weeks for our tour and classes.
ETA: It was recommended we do them by 30 weeks but that seemed too early to me so I pushed it to 32+ weeks. In the hospital tour one lady was 38 weeks.

We didn't tour the hospital or take classes. We just made sure we knew where labor and delivery was.

I was 6 months, which was a bit early (it was recommended that you were maybe 8 months) but the course available when I would be that pregnant didn't work for our schedule.

We didn't take classes, but we did a tour at 38 weeks I think. Yeah, a little late

I'm doing both the tour and the parenting class next month, so we will be about 28 weeks. Our breastfeeding class is at 32 weeks.

We took a 3 week course that started around 28 weeks. But by early 20 I was already signed up for them. My OB recommended taking them around 28-32 weeks so I signed up for the course that fell in between those weeks.

I think my office recommends around 35 weeks, which seems kind of late to me. I'm hoping we can schedule for around 32 weeks.

We did prenatal classes that started at 5 months (8 weeks) and we did our hospital tour at 7.5 months.

Newborn care classes-- 30ish weeks
Childbirth classes/hospital tour-- 32-34 weeks
Breastfeeding class-- 38 weeks
We bought a "series package" so they are spread apart. I registered for them around my 5th month.

Doing these classes in the "30" weeks seems so late to me! But I guess it is normal. What if you go into labor early and don't get to take all of your classes?!

We did our classes from 27-30 weeks and I just toured the hospital this morning at 33.5 weeks. I'm signed up for a breastfeeding class at 36 weeks. I wish we could have waited a few more weeks for the birth classes but that was the only time it worked for our schedules.

We did ours from 30-32 weeks, with the hospital tour at 32 weeks. We had one girl in our class who took them 36-38 weeks, and another who was around 22-24 weeks.

Our class is a 4 week session. Ideally we would have gone during July where I'd be 30 - 33 weeks but it didn't work with our schedules. My midwife recommended going earlier rather than later so it's from 25 - 28 weeks. The hospital tour is part of our last class. There is one woman due a couple weeks later than me. The rest range from a month and a half to just a couple weeks further along.

We started ours really early because of my husband's work schedule. We had 3 classes to fit in and each class is offered once a month on a specific Monday. We were able to go to the first class when I was around 25 weeks or so but then couldn't make it to the other two that month or the next (May or June). We just did the 3rd class (breastfeeding) on Monday when I was 32 w, 5 d. We still have the 2nd class to take which is the newborn care class. Our only option for that one now is the 2nd Monday in July when I will be 35 or 36 weeks. We'll probably skip the tour since I've basically grown up at the hospital since my mom worked there for 30 years. We do need to schedule our preregistration appointment though.

We took our classes around 30 weeks and we signed up for hospital tour at 35 weeks. However, I went into preterm labor at 34 weeks and needlessto say we did not make our maternity tour. Funny enough we picked up our son from the NICU the day we had originally scheduled our maternity tour.
