36 pound 2 year old - I still carry him but can't make it far anymore. He's good about walking.
24 pound 7 month old - still have to carry him!

@808love: yup! Ballet is going really well and she's performing her first nutcracker next week (in a teeny tiny role)... But it will be a blast!

At a couple months shy of 3 years, she's only 26 LBS so still very light and easy to carry. I would say I carry her about 75% of the time when we are out? She hates the stroller and hasn't agreed to be carried in the Ergo since she turned 1.5, so for long outings, we have no choice...
