For my first daughter, we found out the gender and agreed on a full name a month later.
We don't have any strong leads for Baby #2's name but we still have months to go!
How long did it take to settle on a name?

A loooong time. DH & I are both really indecisive. He takes like 2 hours to pick out socks at Target :P, so you can only imagine how long it took us to choose a name for our first born! I don't think we had it finalized until maybe the 36th week.

We had DD's name picked out by the time I was 6/7 months along. We had DS's name picked out before I even got pregnant!
You should have Mrs. Jacks suggest some names for you. Professional baby namer in the works!

We had our boys name picked out YEARS before we even started TTC! I don't remember why, haha.
Once we were pregnant and actually started thinking about possible girl names, it took us maybe a month to settle on one we liked.

We didn't have a name until the day after his birth. We could not agree on anything.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and we've been talking about names from the beginning. We learned about the twins at 8 weeks and have been actively trying to figure out names since then because I wanted them picked out before we found out the gender. We had girl names for a while that we LOVED, but it's taken us until last night to choose boy names. I *think* we've finally picked first and middle names now!

I'm pretty set on a boy name and I'm still early in my first Tri! For a girls name, we have a few we like but nothing really set.

We didn't settle on a name until after LO was born! She didn't fit any of the names we had on our short list and so we had to pick a name within 48 hours of her birth per the hospital. We picked a name within a few hours of the deadline heehee

We were 90% sure on his first name by my 8th month. We didn't decide on his middle name until he was born.

We've had the name for a while. It's my husband's name and goes pretty far back in his family. I'm just glad I liked it!

We had talked girl names before we got pregnant. After we found out it was a girl all of 5 mins to decide on which one. Although we are still working on the middle name. DH needs more time to think about it. We aren't in a hurry though since we are keeping it between us till she gets here.

I'm 35 weeks today and still no name for our baby boy. DH wants the middle name to be his dad's first name (Louis) no matter what, but I am not feeling it at all! It's not like you use the middle name a lot so maybe I'll just go with it.

Years?! Lol... I've played the name game w/DH as long as I can remember. I think we decided on this one though before we knew the gender...had both picked.

I'm 31 weeks and I'm pretty sure we won't actually decide until the baby is born!

We didn't start talking about names until I was six months pregnant. Baby's due in a few more weeks and we've "narrowed it down" to about a dozen boy and girl names! We'll see what fits when baby gets here.

We figured it out pretty quickly. I don't remember exactly, but as soon as we actually sat down and looked at our family trees, we picked.

My entire pregnancy. She was officially named the day she was born.

We didn't pick Elliot's name until the week he was born! DH stalled until then lol. I joke that I had to get him tipsy to pick but it's kind of true haha

We didn't decide on her name until 2-3 weeks before she arrived.
When I brought the name up, DH thought about it for 20 seconds and we decided it was perfect.

We didn't talk about names until we learned gender. I think we settled on a likely first name that night, but we're still second guessing and debating a few middle names. That said, I have a whole trimester to go, so there's lots of time to change our minds!

Much like @yoursilverlining, we waited until they told us they were going to have to put "Baby Girl" on the birth certificate if we didn't decide. We had two names (my choice and my husband's) and we couldn't pick one. He won!
