I think I put them away around 3 months pp.

Probably about 3-4 months. A little secret - I still wear my maternity leggings regularly though. I love them and the elastic belly is still strong so it doesn't sag.

@Tidybee: @youboots: ditto. They are still comfy, so why not!

Maybe two weeks? I hated maternity clothes with a passion though. And 95 % of what I wore pregnant was non maternity pieces that I continued to wear. The only things I wore postpartum were two pairs of maternity under belly shorts.

I'm 2 months pp and the only things I still wear are a pair of maternity jeans and fold over maternity leggings. Everything else just looks awful and makes me look pregnant. I'm not saying I fit into all my old clothes- I don't- but a riches shirt hugging the bump that no long we contains a baby is not cute.
BUT I wear stretchy yoga pants and leggings most days and that one pair of mat jeans on my fancy days.

First time a few months. Maybe 3-4?
This time 2-3 weeks, but I still occasionally wear non-maternity looking maternity shirts (like long tanks and tees). And I still have a pair of maternity fold-over yoga pants from E, but I never stopped wearing those

I stopped wearing them at 6 months pp when some random lady at Speedway told me that caffeine was bad for the baby. I was not pregnant.

About 3-4 weeks. I do still wear some of the long tanks & tees around the house because they're so darn comfy.

I'm still wearing maternity jeans and a maternity sweatshirt and one random top at 7 month pp. I hate the jeans but don't fit into my old ones even though I'm at my prepregnancy weight. I just hate shopping so I haven't bought new jeans or clothes for my new body.

I think around 2 months maybe? I had a c-section so it was more comfy for a while to wear pants without a real closure.

I'm 11 months post partum and I still wear a pair of black ponte pants from the gap because they fit SOOOO well and are so comfortable. Sure they're a little bigger on me now, but it's hard to find slim/skinny cut black pants that aren't too tight or too long or too short. These are just right. And so comfortable. They have a thicker stretch waistband. I have no shame. Everything else was put away several months ago.

I was out of them ASAP. I didn't want to wear the clothes I'd been wearing as a fat pregnant person for one more minute. I still couldn't fit in my old clothes for awhile though so I just bought new.
persimmon / 1095 posts
I couldn't wait to put them away! I stopped wearing maternity tops as soon as DD was born and was only wearing my one pair of maternity jeans for about a month after then I started wearing my normal jeans with a button extender.
coconut / 8483 posts
Never again. Wore yoga pants and jeggings and my sized up jeans.
ETA: well and a lot of comfy track pants!
kiwi / 541 posts
I still do and i'm 7 mo. Mostly my jeans because I'm still losing my weight. I don't want to buy new ones until I'm at a size/shape for a bit.
I'm losing about a pound every 2 weeks.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
Didn't wear maternity tops.. Went straight to nursing tops or nursing friendly tops. I proably wore maternity leggings for another 1-2 months.
pomegranate / 3350 posts
I didn't. I just wore yoga pants or loose skirts. For shirts I wore a lot of nursing tanks and cardigans or zippy sweatshirts.
pineapple / 12793 posts
About six weeks. Still wearing size stretchy but my maternity pants are too big.

Confession: I'm 9 months PP, and I have on a pair of maternity dress pants right now
pear / 1767 posts
Same as @AUTUMNMAMA79. I immediately just started wearing loose, flowy normal clothing and things in bigger sizes.
pomegranate / 3580 posts
I think I put jeans and tops away around 2 months because I was pregnant in the winter and everything was too hot for the spring/summer, but I definitely still felt like I needed the coverage of maternity clothes I never stopped wearing my maternity leggings from Motherhood Maternity though. They're my favorite leggings!
@avivoca: Ugh, people are the worst! When I was a few months PP with N someone at the store asked me when "the other one" was due. She was a sweet old lady so I just acted like I didn't understand her, but I cried the entire way home!
pomelo / 5607 posts
Actual maternity I didn't keep wearing. It was depressing because I was mourning losing the last weeks of pregnancy that I had wanted to experience. But I kept wearing my stretched out yoga pants for a few weeks, and then regular ones for a long time.
nectarine / 2951 posts
I wore the Demi panel pants for 2-3 months. I wore mostly nursing shirts pp.
pomegranate / 3601 posts
4 weeks, I was then back into my bigger clothes and in my regular clothes at 6-8 weeks or so.
ETA: Just pants too. I was sick of my maternity shirts!
grapefruit / 4418 posts
2 weeks maybe for pants and never for shirts other than leaving the hospital.
nectarine / 2436 posts
I was back to regular clothes when I came home from the hospital. I never got that big during pregnancy.

I'm pretty sure I will wear maternity pants with a demi band forever. I have always had bigger hips and skinny thighs and finding pants that fit both has been sooo hard... until maternity!
cantaloupe / 6869 posts
Let's just say I've been wearing some of my maternity clothes consistently for 2 years PP and now I'm pregnant again. They've come full circle!
pomegranate / 3521 posts
0-maybe a few days? I normally wore regular leggings below my belly so I continued to wear those.

Instantly with tops, 2 weeks with bottoms. Yoga pants for another week or so until my old stuff fit again.
