He took 3 weeks. He's planning to take more for #2. He has a huge comp time bank and can also use sick time and vacation time. I'm really grateful for it because I really struggle with the newborn stage and had ppd/ppa last time. With a toddler I know having him there will be a huge plus. He works 12s and the schedule is different every month so he also can work a lot before the next due date to take less actual hrs off.
