Charlie's super power is that he can nap for long periods of time. Pretty sure he got that one from me!
Although maybe he stole my superpower, b/c I haven't been napping that much lately!
How long does your LO nap?

Anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 1/2 hours.

I wish my LO had that super power. She used to nap for only 40 minutes when she was on the 2 nap schedule but now that she's only taking one nap, she naps for 70-90 minutes. I'd love for her to take at least a 2hr nap.

If I'm lucky 40 minutes, if not about 25. LO takes between 2-3 naps a day but has always napped for very short times (and wakes up happy). Apparently I gave up naps at my first birthday and LO seems to be on the same track...

@mrbee: that is good since he gets up at 4:30!
my LO is almost 2 and doesn't nap for very long anymore but she still goes to bed at 6:30 on the dot so at least I have a lot of free time in the evenings!

I don't think mine counts, since she's only 7 weeks old, but she naps 1-2 hours on a good day and about 30 minutes at a time on a bad day. (On a side note, she slept 6.5 hours straight last night!)

Short morning nap - 40 mins.
Longer afternoon nap - 2 -2.5 hrs. -
My son is a good napper too. Usually have to wake him up from his nap. We just took a family nap and all overslept.
