I had 14 months in before I quit because of the commute but I quickly learned the grass wasn't greener on the other side. So I came back and I've been there 4 months now.

10 year anniversary tommorow. Super excited, because it comes with a $500 bonus and an extra week vacation.

I've been at my current company for 18 months (in my current position for 2 months). I was at my last company for 4.5 years

I've been at my job for a little over 4 years. At 5 years, I get an extra week of vacation.
