I had two cups of coffee this morning at my local cafe - they were larger than the archetypal coffee cup, but not like huge or anything. I'd guess it's equivalent to 3+ normal cups of coffee.
I'm totally over caffeinated right now! Jittery, babbly, over stimulated, etc. I swear, I never learn!
How many cups of coffee does it take to get you totally jacked up?

I don't usually get jittery from caffeine, but more than 1 Red Bull makes me crash sometimes, or else my heart starts beating weird...

It depends on the potency of the coffee. If it's a strong brew, a large cup will do me in! If it's lighter, then 2?

2 cups seem to do almost nothing for me. 3 cups puts me over the edge and makes me jittery. This sucks! (especially since I am pumping, too!)

Half a cup! I switched to decaf a few years ago because I hated that jittery feeling.

One cup and I'm ready to go! And if I drink it past 10am it's likely to keep me up at night. Seriously, it's so lame and makes me feel positively geriatric.

Im reading your post..one: because I love your question and two, because my heart belongs to coffee but we have broken up and no longer spend any time together. And if we do, its because my hubby has tried to sneak coffee in or around the house. Its a love/hate relationship. Oh how I would love to get "jacked up" on coffee BUT the thought of it makes me want to vomit... LOL Maybe someday we will reunite...

3+. 2 cups is my sweet spot, any less I'm still cranky and any more I get way too jittery.

Less than 1/2 a cup! I can't drink coffee! Insta-jitters and upset stomach. I love the taste and miss it so much. I can't even have decaf

I'm like @Mrsbells: I don't do coffee, so technically 0. The few times in college when I tried to, it made me pretty sick to my stomach, so I just avoid it. I do love the taste though!
