I am not TTC yet, but want to start getting into / out of any habits I need to change when we do.
I hear many pregnant women talk about switching to decaf and just as many talk about sticking with regular, in moderation, and avoiding decaf. I know it can vary widely by person and by doctor. What did your OB advise / what has been your policy?
