right now... zero. I need to find an inexpensive jogging stroller. In the fall I plan on taking zumba classes again.

I have been walking. On days I don't work I walk 3 hrs, on days I work I walk 1 hr and days I get called off I walk 2 hrs.

I echo all of the other posters who said 0. I'll be honest, except for walks with Hubs ever so often, that's it. I've broken my foot a few times, so nothing high impact, and my doc recommended I not ride my bike due to balance issues, so I walk, kinda. I wish I could swim, I'd be in the pool all day.

@krsmall: you go, girl! A couple of times lately I went 5 in a week, and that 1 extra day felt like a lot! Good for you hitting it so hard so soon after baby!

About 4-5 times a week, but it isn't like, hardcore working out. We go for 30-40 min 'power walks' almost every day, and every other day I do light weights, squats, crunches, and things like that. Down 20 pounds since January, and hoping to hit 25 before I get knocked up!

I *was* doing 3-4x a week, but with my summer vacations I got out of it so it's only be once a week. I need to get back into it. I was going to go today but my husband took the car.

I'm trying to keep up my workout during pregnancy. I usually go for 4-5 days per week of elliptical, jogging or stationary bike.
