7-8. I go to bed around 10:30 and get up at 6 for work. LO sleeps until 7:30. I could go to sleep earlier and get even more, but I enjoy having some down time with DH in the evenings. LO is 19 months.

My kids (3 and 22 months) sleep 11-12 hours and I sleep about 5-6 hours a night.

My lo is almost 6 months. If you had asked this question one week ago I would have said less than 4 hours. But she's just discovered side and tummy sleeping so I'm up to 5-6. I feel a lot more co he rent and less confused this week!

My kids are older now so that helps! (4 and 6)
I sleep from 9:30- 6 - so about 8.5 hours

It gets so much better as they get older! My youngest is 3 months though, so we're tired! We go to bed very early.

6-7, though definitely closer to 6. Logan is 3 months and is a great sleeper, so we're lucky. But it's still not enough... Mama is tired waking up at 4:30 every day!

Well before these last couple weeks (last month of pregnancy) I was sleeping 8 1/2 hours (go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6:30.) LO is 2 1/2, occasionally she will wake up in the night and usually crawls in with us or goes potty, but it's never more than 5 minute of awake time.

I'm asleep most nights at 9 and sleep till 5:30 when my alarm goes off, so....8.5 hours? LO still wakes up usually once, but it's a short wakeup.

Now that I'm preggo, there have many many nights that I'm in bed around 8. As a former night owl, I never thought I'd be saying that.

LO is 16 months and STTN most nights 8-7. I do a lot work after LO goes to bed so I usually only get 5-6 hours.

6-7 hours, sometimes broken up, depending on whether DS feels like STTN. It's 50/50 whether I'm up in the middle of the night or not! I'm sorry you're having such a rough go with sleep, as the mom of one bad sleeper and one average sleeper, I feel your pain.

Usually 7-8 but broken up into chunks because my 3m old wakes a few times at night. Last night I got 4.5 hours and then 3.5. That was a great night for me.

My almost 3 year old sleeps roughly 11 hours at night and rarely wakes up.

DS is 2 and sleeps from 8pm-7:30/8am. He used to sleep another 30-60 min cause he went to bed earlier, but has pushed that back a little lately.

I typically go to bed at 10-10:30. I get up at 5am on workdays in the office, 6am on days I work at home, and on weekends we usually sleep until DS wakes us up at 8am.

I love and need my sleep, so I'm so thankful that DS does too. When he gets tired (for naps too), he says "sleepy. big boy bed" and goes up to sleep lol
