I want one. He wants two, but if we have three he will push for four!

We've agreed on a minimum of three, no maximum (we'll just discuss after each addition if we want to be done or not). We may very well adopt some of those though - I don't know how many pregnancies I'll actually go through.

I want one, he wants two. We’ve agreed to get through the first one and discuss a possibility of a second but I’m pretty sure it’s not going to be something I’m interested in.

4 is our agreed upon number, although DH would probably be fine with 3 and I'm open to a 5th.

2-3. DH is one of 5 and originally wanted 4. I am one of 2 and have always wanted 2. We will see how #1 goes but I hope there will be at least one more and maybe 2.

DH and I both definitely agree we want more than 1 and I would love up to 3, but I know it's not up to me so I'll be happy with what i get

I'm from a family of 4 girls - I want 4 kids. DH has one sister - he wants 2 kids. We've come to the agreement of 3 (actually, DH says I can have as many kids as I want until I need a mini-van
In an ideal world we'd have a boy and two girls....I can't imagine not having at least one sister and want that for my daughter!

DH and I always said 3, but now that we have one of each we might be done at 2. We're undecided, at this point.

I used to want four or more. Now I want one more, tops. My heart feels full, as someone else put it, already. I don't want to stay at home forever. I want to go back to work part time before too long. But I'd like to be pregnant again, and I want my daughter to have a sibling. So one more hopefully.
