Wanted 2, have 2. But we're going to have a third, I don't feel done yet! Just need to think about when we'll ttc for number 3. I think after 3 we'll be done though.

I never really had a vision of how many children I wanted.. and I'm still not totally decided.

Want 4, have 2. Cost of daycare is a factor in not having more among other things and my history of precipitous birth.

Early on (teenage years) I said a lot, 5+. As I got older reality set in, but I still always said 2-3. Sometime early this year I realized I had no desire for more than 1, so we're done and happy!

Always envisioned 3 but DH wants 2...we have 1 so I guess we will just have to see.

I've always wanted three. We have one, pregnant with #2, and planning on having #3 eventually

Always assumed we'd have two.... but 1 looks better with each passing year. She's 3.5 and there is no sign of a sibling in the forseeable future.

always wanted 3. now have 3.
I'd be open to 1-2 more, but with a really big age gap. I've had 3 babies (and pregnant 4 times) in 4 years. I'm good for now

Originally always wanted two, after our LO was born I entertained the idea of three. But now after an early MC we are deep in TTC #2, I'm going to be more than overjoyed with 'just' two!

Always wanted 4. Struggling to conceive number one, so I don't even know if I'll end up with a live child at all. Here's to continued hope.

I've always had this vision / dream of having a big family (six kids seems to be the number) but I think three is a more realistic number that I'm happy to commit to. I would realistically go to four if we could stretch our finances that far.
