Our little one is 3, 1, 2, and was almost 3, 4, 2.

Love love LOVE the name Penelope. I wish we had thought of it for DD (I don't know why we didn't). Our nickname for DD has been Poppy since I was pregnant and we read somewhere she was the size of a poppyseed.
My full name is 8 syllables (2-4-2). Realistically people are hardly ever going to call her by all 3 names so go with what you like!
