I used to be crazy and try and do 5-6 times a week but I burned myself out. Now I stick to 3 maybe 4 times.

Go girl! 3 - 4x a week is amazing! I go back and forth - hot yoga is the only thing that keeps me motivated to exercise frequently. When I'm doing hot yoga, I do it 3 - 5x per week (because it makes me feel soooooo good) and when it's warm out, I do cardio outside on top of that. Right now, though...it's just the yoga. I'm not dedicated enough to walk/run outside when it's 12 degrees.

@mfa_lady: I LOOOOOOOOOOVE bikram. But I can't justify the price of our studio here $125/month!!!! I can't go enough to make it $ worth it when we have our gym membership for $30/month!

@mrsjyw: I used to be a total Bikram addict! Then I hurt my foot and had to take a good long break. It was miserable, and then when it got better enough for me to go back I couldn't justify the cost (couldn't get the student rate anymore by that time). Luckily, a new hot yoga place just opened here, and they have more flexibility - different class lengths, more options for sporadic practice packages, etc. I have back issues and hot yoga is the only thing that really keeps me pain-free...so that's how I justify it.

2 weeks PP and I just started some light exercise. Very slow walking on the treadmill and some core/pelvic exercises. I cannot believe how out of shape I am! I am trying for most days of the week!

Gulp.. I used to exercise all the time before LO was born, but I haven't really managed since! Still too exhausted from all the MOTN wake ups. When do you ambitious ladies squeeze it in?

Well...I am doing the squat challenge from now until my vacation, and I rock DD to sleep on the exercise ball, so let's round that up to 1 day a week

In the summer, I did a 45 minute walk with LO every day and ran 2 nights a week. Right now...not so much of anything. I'm ready for it to warm up so that I can get outside.

I have been doing *something* everynight. Whether that is a quick 10-15 minutes of pushups/situps/legs/ect. or I do the ellipitcal for 30 + strength. I really want toned arms for a weddign I'm in, so I've been concentrating on them!

0. DS is almost one and I don't think I've worked out one single time since he was born. I am SO tired...I have no idea how you ladies do it.

I've been going 5x/week but now I'm sick, UGH. We have an elliptical downstairs, which is a huge help. It's crunch time, with E's bday around the corner

4-5x week but I have had times in my life when I was 7 days/wk. I think i'll get back there when the weather gets better because my gym is kind of a hike, and this snow doesn't make driving very easy.

Prior to 2014, I would say nothing but the walk to and from the train 2x a day. Now I"m doing bikram on the weekends (I have a very love/hate relationship with it) and my husband and I are doing Insanity. So I'm at 6x a week. I don't think I'll be able to sustain that as I wake up really early during the week to get that done. But I have my brother's wedding in April in Mexico and lots of baby weight to get rid of!

Um I never work out. Well we do swimming lessons but I basically just walk around and make sure I don't let go of the baby! Don't think I can count that!

Now that i'm pregnant, about 3-4x a week. Before, i was hardcore - i tried to go 6x a week with Sunday being my off day.
