I've been sleeping 4-5 hours a night lately so when I went to bed around 10 last night, I was excited by the possibility of 7 hours of sleep! But then I woke up after 6 hours and couldn't get back to bed.
I guess my body is used to less sleep and doesn't want to sleep more! Will try to get to bed early again tonight and see if I can re-train it.

So I was probably in bed for 10 hours w/a 2 am wake-up, another 6 am wake up and then awoken a bunch hearing LO downstairs with daddy until I finally got up at 9. So kind of a waste of a sleep-in!
When I was pregnant my doctor suggested benadryl and a gently warm bath with two cups of Epsom salts in it. It helped.
