I've been sleeping 4-5 hours a night lately so when I went to bed around 10 last night, I was excited by the possibility of 7 hours of sleep! But then I woke up after 6 hours and couldn't get back to bed.

I guess my body is used to less sleep and doesn't want to sleep more! Will try to get to bed early again tonight and see if I can re-train it.
