how much do you pay to get your hair colored? just wondering what the prices run to get your hair colored at a salon. i know that they can vary alot 
i really wanna get mine done at a salon. trying to get a rough idea of how much i should expect it to cost.. gotta save up!

Erm, i'm ultra super cheap and I have mine done at a hair school. They never mess up. I pay around $25-30 and I tip about $10 each time. A hair cut is usually either free with a color or $5. Yeah it takes longer...but the savings is HUGE.

For a whole highlight and low-light plus cut and wash, it's about $180.

i'm a lucky girl, my stylist is one of my BFFs =) so i get a big discount and don't pay for cuts or styling, i just pay for the single process color itself and it's $65. when i was going to someone else (he was living out of state then) it was usually between $100-$150 depending on what we did that day. thank goodness he's back because with my gray now i have to have it done every 4 weeks max =/

Just got mine done this weekend. A partial (think area covered by a baseball cap) highlight (two colors alternated) plus a haircut was $135.

My stylist charged me $70 for highlights for half my head. My hair is really dark and she would first strip my natural color then apply my chosen color.

Partial with 2 colors, cut and styled - $90 in the small town my parents live. In the city- $200- that's why I dove an hour to get my hair done!

I get a partial weave with a cut and it costs $100, plus I tip $20.

My stylist charges $75 for just a cut&style. Don't know how much my color's going to cost, but guessing my total will be in the $200 range.
