I've been wearing a device which keeps track of my sleep, and here are the results over the past six days:

* 3.5 hours
* 7.7 hours
* 5.3 hours
* 5 hours
* 9.5 hours
* 4.8 hours

That works out to just under 6 hours a night... that seems to be my lower limit, in terms of what I can consistently pull off without naps. In a perfect world, I would sleep more like 8-9 hours... but let's be honest, that isn't happening until I am retired or dead.
