Maybe $75 to $100 now that she's turning three. For the first two, almost nothing!

We have used it as an excuse to buy big items, so sometimes a lot. For her first birthday we got a learning tower, second was a balance bike, apparently I don't remember what we got for her third. We are already planning for a pedal bike for her fourth. We don't really buy her much other than clothes outside of birthday and Christmas gifts.

Last year, technically 0, but he had a party and that cost me $400. Looking back, after saying he wanted the party, I don't think he had the "best time ever" so this year, no party, but a gift. No idea what it will be yet though.

DS1 is turning 4. We might get him a new powerwheels this year, the one he has now is a hand me down that doesn't go very fast any more We don't normally spend much because we invite so many people to his parties and they always go overboard.

So far, about $40. But we might get her one more thing to open on her actual birthday.

Nada?? For his second bday, I bought him a toy airplane since he was into planes. It was less than $10. I didn't buy him anything for his first or third birthday. He got plenty of gifts from friends and family and we threw him a party so he didn't realize we didn't "gift" him a gift.

Nothing. But he's only 1. I think last Christmas we spent, maybe, $25 on stocking stuffers. We're not big on presents.

Last year I was aiming for around $200. His birthday's coming up again and I'll probably spend similarly.
